Are you looking to build a career with responsible impact in the energy and infrastructure sector If you have the drive to build strong client relationships and grow strategic accounts, then you could be our new Key Account Manager for our Performance OEM within the energy and infrastructure segment. As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include identifying new potential customers, developing positive relationships with clients, generating leads, closing deals, and acting as the point of contact to handle customers" individual needs. You will be expected to generate new business using existing and potential customer networks, resolve conflicts, provide timely solutions to customers, and report on the status of accounts and transactions. Setting and tracking sales account targets aligned with company objectives, monitoring sales metrics, suggesting actions to improve sales performance, and identifying growth opportunities will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the paint and coating or Transformer and Radiator (T&R) or Performance OEM industry. Good interpersonal and presentation skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, fluency in English, computer literacy, and proficiency in using CRM are essential job-related skills required for this role. Additionally, understanding and experience in-depth business practices including profit & loss analysis, country-related business regulations, tenders, and sales contracts are important. In this role, you will report to the Regional Manager, North, East & Central Energy & Infrastructure, India.
