Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales and acquire

corporate clients across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and field visits.

Acquire Large corporate/Retail/B2B clients with multisite operations and build long-term business relationships.

Meet Procurement, Admin, Finance, Facility/Operations & Other decision-makers.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable Officestag solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials and close deals.

Key Account Management with tech savvy/digital approach is a must.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records and regular sales reports.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Coordinate with procurement, operations and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.

Experience in office supplies, facility management, MRO, stationery,

FMCG, corporate procurement or related industries preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation ,Tech Savvy and client-management skills.

Target-oriented with strong lead-generation and closing abilities.

Comfortable with field sales and travelling across Delhi NCR Outside

Bachelor degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Pay: ₹327,000.00 - ₹1,350,000.00 per year
