Key Account Manager

About the role

Manage high-volume retail partner accounts and online storefronts in this full-time Key Account Manager role. Drive revenue growth, strengthen retail partnerships, improve product visibility, and coordinate efficient fulfillment while maximizing returns on promotional spend.

Key responsibilities

- Own revenue delivery for assigned retail platforms against annual operating plan targets.

- Build sales forecasts and inventory plans to support replenishment and partner visibility.

- Manage digital shelf performance, product merchandising, placement, product attributes, and catalog health.

- Work with fulfillment and distributor networks to reduce costs, streamline dispatch, and maintain high fulfillment rates across distribution centers.

- Develop joint business plans with category and merchandising teams, aligning trade spend with revenue goals.

- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, track performance, and resolve supply and operational bottlenecks.

- Plan trade promotions, category growth initiatives, and seasonal activations to improve shopper conversion.

**Requirements**

- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise retail accounts, quick-commerce partners, or modern trade relationships within consumer packaged goods.

- Strong analytical skills for interpreting point-of-sale data, conducting SKU-level analysis, and building tracking models in Microsoft Excel.

- Strong negotiation and commercial relationship skills to secure favorable terms and shared investments.

- Experience coordinating with warehousing, brand marketing, and regional distribution teams to resolve stock constraints.

- Consultative client servicing skills that balance customer satisfaction with brand margin and volume objectives.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
