Key Account Manager

Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Modern Trade Offline Business at Nua, your primary responsibility will be to strategize Nua's growth across all National & Regional Modern Trade Chains. Your contribution will be crucial in both planning and executing strategies as Nua ventures into this channel. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability in alignment with the Business Plan. - Focus on entering National & Regional Modern Trade Chains with sustainable margins and within budget constraints. - Establish a strong culture of Tertiary Sales by utilizing marketing assets such as Promoters, Merchandisers, and In-store promotions effectively. - Collaborate with regional teams to strengthen connections with Regional SPOCs for National Modern Trade Chains. - Manage business P&L, revenue generation, and overall business growth. - Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders. - Analyze market trends, monitor competitors" activities, and devise strategies for business expansion. - Plan marketing campaigns, assess their success monthly, and ensure effective utilization of promotion tools. - Provide regular reports and MIS as per the company's requirements.
