Job Description

Purpose: Maximize revenue generation from assigned clients, through mining and farming Serve as the primary interface with clients for ongoing engagements. Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction. Contain any escalations from the customer, without having to reach the Delivery Head/Sales Head Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to expand NeST’s footprint within existing client accounts – through mining or farming Develop long-term strategies to maximize profitability. Work with the Business Council to ensure alignment with the goals for the business unit. Participate in Market Intelligence discussions to stay ahead of industry trends. Manage stakeholder relationships to understand current and future requirements. Actively seek feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
