Job Description

You will be part of the Sales + Marketing team, contributing your consultative selling expertise and skills to drive business growth. Your primary objective will involve developing existing and new business within your specified vertical for larger accounts. Your responsibilities will include managing Key Account(s) to meet targets and goals, negotiating rates with customers, ensuring compliance with sales management processes and systems, monitoring performance against targets, creating account plans, and facilitating the transition of new business into operations. Additionally, you will conduct regular review sessions with assigned customers to drive continuous improvement and innovation. To excel in this role, you must have a background in field sales (Hunter) with 8 to 10 years of working experience in the Logistics & Freight forwarding industry.
