Role Overview

We're seeking a talented and driven female Key Account Manager to manage and grow key e-commerce and food service accounts, including Swiggy, instamart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, and strategic retail/institutional partners. In this role, you'll drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and cultivate strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle major e-commerce & food service accounts
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
• Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies
• Negotiate commercial terms & manage contracts
• Track performance, analyze data, and report KPIs
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Sales, or Marketing
• 5–8 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG or beverage industry is essential.
• Proven experience with platforms like Amazon & Swiggy
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Must work full-time from our Kamla Nagar office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
