Job Description

Job Purpose

Lead the sales activities of a region to ensure set targets are achieved with an objective to grow business

Role and Responsibility

Build and maintain good working relationship with current and potential clients in order to create an atmosphere that fosters sales.
Engage and train Brands across hierarchy to implement payment solutions across the merchant base.
Acquire, engage and train merchants on payment solutions.
Meet the set goals and sales targets
Conduct analysis / survey of sales territory to plan required interventions to improve efficiency.
Interact with internal teams with a view to provide inputs to operations and supporting them through the process of target realization.
Develop and implement standards for productivity, customer-service and quality of service.
Monitor the performance of sales employees and provide the necessary guidance to improve efficiency.
Present periodic reports to management on sales operations

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA with a good academic record

Skills and experience:

At least 2 - 5 year of field sales experience of Merchant acquiring / Banking industry or field sales Experience
Hands on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement & payment solutions
