Key Account Management and New Client Acquisition for AMC Business

As an Integrator of Fire, Safety, Security & Automation Solutions with offices across Pan India, you have an exciting opportunity for a New Client Acquisition role in Mumbai. Your role will involve Key Account Management and acquiring new clients for our AMC Business in the Mumbai region. We are seeking someone with expertise in Client Management, Customer Service, and a good understanding of techno-commercial aspects. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads and acquire clients for AMC in the designated region. - Identify prospects, evaluate their position in the industry, and explore sales options. - Present the company profile effectively and showcase the value additions we offer. - Focus on solutions selling to achieve sales targets. - Analyze competition and develop strategies to close sales. - Manage existing clients and key accounts. - Ensure customer satisfaction and assist stakeholders during execution. - Follow sales procedures, update the status of prospects in Internal CRM. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Contribute to team efforts and maintain good relations with internal departments. - Uphold eZone values and culture in external markets.
