As a Key Account Executive/Senior Key Account Executive at Unilever, your role will involve driving the online availability of the portfolio on the respective platform by efficiently managing demand forecast, customer ordering, fulfillment, and go-live processes. Your responsibilities will include configuring offers, ensuring compliance, and uploading media assets and content across the assortment with precision. You will also need to work comfortably with data to forecast and budget optimized brand investments on the platform. Maintaining collection efficiency, managing customer claims, and monitoring other financial metrics for the account will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, your ability to negotiate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment will be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Shopper Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Business Finance, and Capability Teams will be necessary to achieve sustainable customer top-line growth. As the owner of toplines for your patch, you must proactively seek growth opportunities using data and customer engagement, and take action accordingly.
