Experience : 5 : 8 yrs Location : Chennai & Pune Must have skills: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud / Lightning FLOWS/ Experience cloud Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others) Key Responsibilities: Validate technical feasibility of design approach and work with architect Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX & Lightning flows Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills Perform Impact analysis e Must perform configuration and customizations Technical Experience : 1 Must have Salesforce Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model 2 Must have Salesforce Service Cloud Technical/Functional Skills 3 Must have sound implementation knowledge of Service Consoles, Live Agent Knowledge, workflow rules, validation rule, approval process, reports and dashboards 4 Must have Hands on Customization APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class etc Professional Attributes : 1 Must have Good Communication skills Drive development end-to-end and be responsible for technical solutions based on project requirements and industry best practices Leads the development track with overall and mentor the development team on projects Works within feature teams to groom stories and define acceptance criteria against feature business requirements. Maintains a focus on reducing risk and building confidence in the team and its stakeholders on the quality of DevOps Engineering Ensure DevOps Engineering is conducted in a way which is consistent with the collective views, frameworks, patterns and best practices that exist across the wider Engineering community Work with Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects and Designers to understand solution choices, whether operational or technological, and help define an incremental delivery plan Understands and directs how components and services are developed, tested Strong knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle and experience in Feature Team delivery of software products Experience with agile development methods & tooling e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Jira & Confluence Use modern software development toolsets - DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery Document and communicate complex software solutions.
