Domnic Lewis has been mandated to Hire for role- Key Account Manager- R&I
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager – R&I (Respiratory & Immunology) to influence prescribing behaviors, strengthen customer relationships, and drive market share growth for R&I products within the assigned territory. The role involves executing account strategies, engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs), and building local capabilities to meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Account Planning
Identify opportunities to enhance the local positioning of R&I products.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop localized business strategies and action plans aimed at exceeding sales targets.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct scientific, compliant discussions with HCPs on product indications, efficacy, safety profiles, and treatment protocols.
Establish and nurture long-term, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Share field insights to inform broader commercial, medical, and marketing strategies.
3. Capability Building in the Healthcare Ecosystem
Enhance stakeholder knowledge of the R&I product value proposition and supporting scientific data.
Utilize a range of communication channels and techniques to educate multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and decision-making units (DMUs).
Organize scientific workshops, speaker programs, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagements.
Support training initiatives for nursing staff related to therapy areas such as chemotherapy and diagnostic testing.
4. Sales Execution and Performance
Deliver on sales plans and ensure performance meets or exceeds targets within the assigned budget.
Effectively promote R&I products using scientifically balanced messages and appropriate promotional tools.
Ensure optimal product utilization in line with national/local guidelines and approved indications.
5. Compliance & Governance
Complete all mandatory training and certifications, including product knowledge assessments.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
Uphold ethical standards in all interactions, including those with patient groups and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor//'s degree in Science; MBA from a recognized institution is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in the Respiratory & Immunology domain.
Proven track record of high performance in sales and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
