Responsible for availability latency performance efficiency change management monitoring emergency response and capacity planning

Detest issue and handles failures to keep the system up and reliable

Maintain reliability of infrastructure environments to run smoothly without any causes

Gather and analyze metrices from operating system and different applications to assist in performance tuning and fault findings

Partner with development team to improves service through rigor testing and release procedure

Expert who can uses automation tools to monitor and observe software reliability in the production environment

Responsible for leading and driving platformfirst initiatives to ensure the scalability reliability and performance of our technology platform

Play a pivotal role in enhancing the availability reliability and performance of our critical systems and services
