Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Design and develop new web pages and landing pages using WordPress, Webflow, or HTML/CSS/JS (based on platform). Maintain and update existing websites – content, images, banners, and structure. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure seamless user experience (UX). Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. Monitor and resolve technical issues, bugs, or errors. Install and manage plugins, themes, and analytics tools. Ensure websites are secure and regularly backed up. Assist in integrating third-party tools like Mailchimp, CRMs, payment gateways, etc. Stay updated with trends in web design, UX, and new platforms. Requirements:Proven experience in website development and management Proficiency in platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or custom coding (HTML/CSS/JS) Knowledge of basic SEO principles, site speed, and performance optimization Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and debug errors Understanding of responsive and user-centric design Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools Basic graphic editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Figma – optional but a plus) Good communication and time-management skills
