Junior Video Editor

We work with brands, foundations, and changemakers to craft content that’s clear, intentional, and well-made. From short films to social reels, everything we do is rooted in strategy and edited with care. We’re now looking for a Video Editor who understands that storytelling isn’t about doing more but about making what you have work smartly for you. Clean cuts, clear flow, and edits that hold attention without shouting for it.

What you'll be doing:

• Editing reels, short films, interviews, brand videos, social content, and the occasional curveball
• Working closely with our creative and studio teams to bring campaigns to life
• Add motion graphics, sound, and the occasional goosebumps
• Managing footage, backups, and files like a pro
• Maintain quality, rhythm, and the occasional inside joke

What we need from you

• 1–3 years of video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and FCP are bonus points)
• A solid portfolio or showreel
• Understanding of Video AI tools (Bonus points)
• Excellent attention to detail and creative vision
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work out of our Mumbai office on occasion
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (helpful, not mandatory)
