From short films to social reels, everything we do is rooted in strategy and edited with care. We’re now looking for a Video Editor who understands that storytelling isn’t about doing more but about making what you have work smartly for you. Clean cuts, clear flow, and edits that hold attention without shouting for it. What you'll be doing: Editing reels, short films, interviews, brand videos, social content, and the occasional curveball Working closely with our creative and studio teams to bring campaigns to life Add motion graphics, sound, and the occasional goosebumps Managing footage, backups, and files like a pro Maintain quality, rhythm, and the occasional inside joke What we need from you 1–3 years of video editing experience Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and FCP are bonus points) A solid portfolio or showreel Understanding of Video AI tools (Bonus points) Excellent attention to detail and creative vision Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to work out of our Mumbai office on occasion Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (helpful, not mandatory) What you get: Flexibility to work from home and occasionally from our office or studio Access to Canopy , our in-house studio team, when the edit needs more than just a good cut Teammates who back good work, not just fast work and more importantly, always have your back Projects that go beyond social trends and into real-world impact Learning that’s part of the job, not an afterthought And a continuous supply of puns, cake, and good work Location: Mumbai (hybrid) Remuneration : Up to 5,00,000 LPA To apply: Send your CV and showreel/portfolio to ping@properganda.in
