Junior Video Editor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in video editing, with a strong focus on social media content—especially reels. You should be able to conceptualize and edit compelling visual stories and participate in onsite shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and design teams to bring concepts to life through video.

Occasionally assist in onsite shoots (basic camera handling, direction, or coordination as required).

Select and manipulate footage, apply transitions, sound effects, music, and graphics.

Ensure timely delivery of edited content while maintaining creative standards.

Stay updated on current trends in short-form content and social media video formats.

Requirements:

1–3 years of professional experience in video editing.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Experience with social media video formats and best practices.

Basic understanding of camera work and willingness to support onsite shoots.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, not mandatory):

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

Familiarity with color grading and audio mixing.

Basic photography or videography skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
