Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project goals, brand guidelines, and target audience.
• Enhance video quality with sound mixing, color correction, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Maintain an organized workflow for file management and version control.
• Adapt video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, FB, X etc.).
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Stay up to date with video trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific requirements.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Knowledge of AI Tools (Preferred/Required):

• Familiarity & comfortable with AI-based editing tools and plugins such as 

  Runway ML, Descript, Adobe Sensei, Pictory, Topaz Video AI

  , or 

  automatic subtitle generators and voice cloning tools

• Ability to use AI tools to speed up editing workflows (e.g., auto-cutting, background removal, speech-to-text transcription, or color grading).
• Awareness of emerging AI trends in video production and post-production.
