We are expanding our creative team and looking for a highly motivated Entry-Level Video Editor who loves short-form content, transitions, and motion-driven editing styles.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating scroll-stopping Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos with strong storytelling, modern motion graphics, and trend-based transitions.

This is a great opportunity for freshers who are passionate about viral content and want to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Short-Form Video Editing

Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style videos daily

Create fast-paced, high-retention edits with a clear hook in the first 3 seconds

Add trending effects, cuts, overlays, and creative transitions

2. Motion Graphics & Animation

Add text animations, kinetic typography, stickers, and motion elements

Apply zoom effects, whip transitions, warp distortions, match cuts, speed ramps, etc.

3. Trend Research & Creative Input

Identify viral formats, hooks, audio trends, and editing styles

Transform raw shoots, podcast clips, talking-head videos, and screen recordings into highly engaging content

4. Basic Color & Audio Cleanup

Perform color correction, exposure balancing, and LUT application

Sync music, voiceover cleanup, background noise reduction

5. Content Repurposing

Convert long format videos (webinars, interviews, podcasts) into multiple short, engaging clips

Add captions, emojis, and relevant on-screen graphics to maintain retention

6. Collaboration

Work closely with the Marketing Lead, Creative Director, Scriptwriters & Social Media team

Understand creative briefs and deliver edits with fast turnaround

Handle feedback loops positively and refine edits as needed

Required Skills

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Desktop, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong sense of pace, rhythm, transitions & storytelling
• Understanding of Instagram trends, reel formats, and audience behaviour
• Ability to add basic motion graphics (After Effects knowledge is a bonus)
• Attention to detail, creativity, willingness to learn fast
• Ability to work under deadlines and deliver 3–7 edits per week depending on complexity
