Essential Qualifications:

BE/BTech/BCA/MCA /M.Sc (CS/IT) OR

Bachelor & Degree in Design, HCI, Multimedia, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a relevant field.  

OR

3-year diploma in CS/IT /Multimedia from a recognized institution by state or central government.

Essential Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in UX design or a related role.

Desirable Experience

·        Solid grasp of the UX design process and user-centered principles.

·        Experience in creating visuals using graphic design or AI-generation tools.

·        Proficient in HTML/CSS; basic JavaScript for prototyping and UI support.

·        Familiar with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

·        Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop for UI/UX design.

·        Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

·        Able to collaborate with frontend/backend teams and understand API-driven design constraints.

Required Skills:

·        Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.

·        Strong knowledge of design thinking principles.

·        Experience in creating UX documentation such as wireframes, research reports, and usability testing reports.

·        Basic understanding of user research techniques and usability testing.

·        Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·        The Junior UX designer is expected to work in the following conduct user research and apply design thinking principles to solve real-world challenges.

·        Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with business goals.

·        Draft clear UX documentation including research insights, personas, and usability testing results.

·        Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
