Junior Travel & Tourism Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for Client Consultation & Itinerary Planning. This involves consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and schedule. You will research, recommend, and create personalized travel packages and itineraries for leisure or corporate travel. Your key responsibilities also include Booking & Coordination. You will be organizing and booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and activities/tours. Additionally, you will manage ticket issuance, cancellations, reissues, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency. Client Support & Issue Resolution is another important aspect of your role. You will provide information on visa/passport requirements, insurance, customs, weather, and health advisories. Handling unforeseen issues, complaints, and emergencies promptly to ensure client satisfaction is crucial. You will also follow up with clients post-trip to collect feedback and strengthen client relationships. Sales & Vendor Relations will be a part of your responsibilities. You will promote and sell travel products, packages, and add-on services. Building long-term client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals is essential. You will collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other vendors to negotiate competitive rates and offers. It is important to stay informed about domestic and international travel trends, destination updates, and industry regulations. Participation in webinars, conferences, and training programs to enhance product and destination expertise is encouraged for professional development.
