Junior Tester

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Experience Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in software testing, preferably within the
telecom industry.
Basic understanding of telecom systems (CRM, Billing, Mediation,
Charging, IN systems).
Familiarity with telecom service workflows (mobile prepaid/postpaid,
fixed line, data, VAS, etc.).
Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing
Life Cycle.
Exposure to manual testing techniques (functional, regression, smoke,
sanity, UAT support).
Experience with defect lifecycle management using tools such as JIRA,
open project.
Advantageous: Exposure to SQL queries for database validation, API
testing tools, and mobile application testing.

Scope of Work:
Execute manual test cases based on test scenarios for telecom-related
applications.
Perform validation of customer journeys across billing, charging, CRM,
and provisioning flows, etc.).
Document test execution results and report defects accurately with
sufficient details.
Support in preparing test data, configuring subscriber accountsز
Assist in regression testing after fixes and deployments.
Coordinate with senior testers to ensure proper coverage and compliance
with telecom business rules.
Assist in creating and maintaining test book / test case repository.
Support automation team by preparing test data and executing simple
automated scripts.
Work under guidance of senior testers to ensure adherence to telecom
standards and quality best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
