CTC: ₹3.5 LPA (Years 1 & 2) → ₹6 LPA (Year 3)

Program: Work-Integrated Learning Program (WILP) with M.Tech Sponsorship Commitment : 3 Years

Role Overview – Junior Technical Trainers

This is a full-time opportunity for fresh BE/BTECH graduates (2024/2025) who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and making coding easy through technlogy. You’ll work as part of our training team team while pursuing a sponsored M.Tech degree under the WILP model.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering live technical training sessions and managing coding labs
• Provide mentorship and real-time technical support to learners
• Evaluate assignments, offer constructive feedback, and track learner progress
• Resolve code/debug issues and strengthen learners’ conceptual understanding
• Support trainers in maintaining high learner engagement and outcomes
• Create learning aids like cheat sheets, FAQs, and quick guides
• Participate in training deployments across locations as needed

✅ Who Can Apply

• B.Tech / B.E. graduates (CS, IT, ECE, or related disciplines) – 2024/2025 pass-outs
• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and learner success
• Open to a 3-year commitment under the WILP model.

Compensation

• ₹3.5 LPA during the first two years of the program
• ₹6.0 LPA from the third year onwards, upon successful completion of WILP and performance evaluation
