Location: Coimbatore or Pan India Area of Operation: India Business Qualification & Experience: Bachelor/Master of Engineering graduate/Diploma Fresher or 1-year Experience Age Limit: 23-28 Years of Age Job Description: Effectively lead, motivate, and develop the service team across the country. Create, develop, and manage the service network (Service Centers, Field service mechanics) and impart training to the service centers and dealers. Enhance the service process and practices to the industry standard, including product details, offering customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and managing customer service care. Provide necessary technical knowledge and tools to the marketing team, dealers, and service centers. Manage effective product complaint management, spares management, coordinate with product development, manufacturing, central planning, marketing, and service centers. Ensure repairing efficiency as per company standards, conduct audits, gather customer feedback, and maintain customer satisfaction. Budget and control service expenses. Analyze product complaints, defective management efficiency, customer care, and service center performance, and prepare various reports. Extensive traveling across the country will be required. Desired Candidate Profile: Male candidates with comprehensive industry knowledge, strong customer-facing skills, excellent leadership qualities, innovative thinking, good communication skills, and quick decision-making abilities.
