As a Junior Technical Chef at Colatta, your role will involve providing on-ground technical support to Colatta's clients in Kochi, Kerala. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth implementation of Colatta's bakery and pastry products. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with bakeries, pastry shops, and food service clients to demonstrate and implement Colatta products. - Conduct product trials, training sessions, and technical support for customers. - Assist in the development of new recipes and applications using Colatta ingredients. - Ensure clients achieve consistent product quality and troubleshoot technical issues in baking and pastry production. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in pastry, bakery, or food production. - Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and troubleshooting. - Good communication and presentation skills to train and assist clients. - Passion for the bakery industry and willingness to work in a client-facing role. - Must be located in Kochi, Kerala.
