Junior Technical Chef

As a Junior Technical Chef at Purisight's partner, Colatta, located in Kochi, Kerala, your primary role will involve providing on-ground technical support to Colatta's clients. Your responsibility will be to ensure the smooth implementation of Colatta's bakery and pastry products by working directly with bakeries, pastry shops, and food service clients. You will be conducting product trials, training sessions, and offering technical support to customers. Additionally, you will play a vital role in developing new recipes and applications using Colatta ingredients. Your keen eye will be critical in ensuring that clients achieve consistent product quality and in troubleshooting any technical issues that arise in baking and pastry production. To excel in this role, you are required to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in pastry, bakery, or food production. A strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and troubleshooting will be essential. Your good communication and presentation skills will be vital in training and assisting clients effectively.
