Roles & Responsibilities as a

Responsible for assisting the senior Carbon Mandal operations leadership in analysing and delivering on sustainability projects. Also, assist the marketing team with sustainability-related content formulation and strategisation.

Assist and take ownership of sustainability projects

2. Help formulate workshops and deliver them on time

○ Perform thorough research in the given workshop subject area & gather data to be presented.

○ Reach out to prospects with the workshop details.

○ Research on National and State Environmental/ Sustainable Policies.

○ Draft report and summarise research findings.

○ Stay up to date on the latest news in the sustainability domain.

○ The reports need to be drafted and presented to the management on a weekly basis.

○ As a team player, actively take part in team meetings and contribute in whichever way possible.

○ Write weekly blogs for the newsletter.

○ Provide content and review digital content.

○ Coordinate with the marketing team and help grow Carbon Mandal's presence in the digital space.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone who shares a vision of a Sustainable Planet like the rest at Carbon Mandal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with both clients and consultants.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline with an excellent academic record
• Creative individual with an aptitude for developing concepts, designs, illustrations and more.
• Thorough understanding of Life Cycle Assessment.
• Has sound knowledge of current sustainability standards (BRSR, GRI, LCA, GHG Accounting, CBAM, EPD, etc.)
• Proficient in the English Language. Kannada and Hindi are a plus.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills are required for our fast‐paced environment
• Ability to self‐manage and be a strong team player
• Skilled in report writing and developing presentations.
• Understand and implement the principles of project management (scheduling, resource levelling, effective meetings, client relations)
