Job Title: Junior Accountant
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Location: Kamla Nagar, Agra
Shift Timing: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant who has hands-on experience in basic accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in purchase entry, invoicing, and preparation of debit/credit notes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter purchase bills accurately in accounting software.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices.
• Create Debit & Credit Notes as required.
• Ensure accurate rate and amount calculations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams for billing-related issues.
• Support senior accountants in daily accounting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands on Software like Z Order & WizApp
• Basic knowledge of purchase entry, invoicing, and debit/credit notes.
• Good understanding of rate calculation and GST basics (preferred).
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
