Position Overview:

The Bakery Production Manager (Night Shift) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of bakery production during the night shift. This role ensures the timely preparation of baked goods while maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for baking, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Night Shift Operations:
• Manage all bakery operations during the night shift, ensuring production targets are met.
• Production Management:

Coordinate and supervise the preparation, baking, and packaging of a variety of artisanal breads, pastries, and desserts.

• Quality Control:

Ensure all products meet Artjuna’s quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation.Lead and train the night shift bakery team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Monitor inventory levels, place orders for raw materials, and manage waste to ensure cost-effective production.Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.Maintain accurate production records, report daily output, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bakery Production Manager, Head Baker, or similar role in a commercial bakery or manufacturing unit
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and bakery equipment operation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
