Junior Software Test Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for passionate Junior Software Test Engineers to join a dynamic product development and innovation team.The selected candidates will contribute to a range of software testing activities—both manual and automated—ensuring top-notch product quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and design detailed, comprehensive testing strategies.- Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases.- Identify, document, and track defects using designated tools.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality throughout the development life cycle.- Ensure thorough regression, integration, and system testing.- Keep up-to-date with modern testing tools, trends, and best practices.

Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).- Sound knowledge of software testing concepts: test plan creation, test case design, defect lifecycle, test execution.- Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks is an added advantage.- Solid understanding of OOP concepts, algorithms, and data structures.- Exposure to agile software development methodologies.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Eligibility:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT (2021/2022 graduates only).- Consistent academic record (60% or above in 10th, 12th, and graduation).- Notice period: Maximum 15 days.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
