Junior Site Engineer

We are currently seeking a Junior Site Engineer to join our dynamic team for a prestigious high-rise residential project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution in accordance with approved drawings and project plans. Main focus would be on individual flat completion work
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting issues that require management attention.
• Maintain accurate documentation for billing, resource utilization, and site progress tracking.
• Monitor material consumption, contractor performance, and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure high standards of quality and strict compliance with safety regulations on site.
• Verify lines, levels, and marking for all civil and MEP works as per project specifications.
• Support the project team and perform additional tasks assigned by the Site Engineer, Supervisor, or Managing Director.

Salary

There will be a initial 1-month probationary period with a salary range of (Rs. 12000 to Rs 15000). If satisfactory the salary would then be from Rs15000 to Rs20000

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 1–3 years of site handling experience (preferably in residential or high-rise projects).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant construction software.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
