Job Summary:

We are hiring Junior and Senior Stewards to join our service team at a newly launched Turkish bakery and pastry restaurant in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates will be warm, customer-focused, and passionate about food service. Stewards will play a vital role in delivering a welcoming experience while maintaining the standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: For Junior Steward:

• Assist in table setup, service, and clearance during operations.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Refill water and attend to guest needs as directed by the senior steward or captain.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
• Ensure cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and neatly arranged.
• Learn and maintain basic knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
• Support other team members during busy hours.

For Senior Steward:

• Greet and seat guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen efficiently.
• Provide product knowledge, explain menu items, and offer recommendations.
• Supervise junior stewards and ensure proper service flow and table coverage.
• Handle guest complaints or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a professional atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for order status, special requests, and billing.

Qualifications & Skills: Junior Steward:

• 0–1 year of experience in F&B service (freshers can apply).
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Polite, well-groomed, and eager to learn.
• Physically fit to be on feet for long hours.

Senior Steward:

• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant service, preferably in a bakery or café setup.
• Good command over English, Hindi, and local language.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience in handling POS and order-taking devices is a plus.
• Leadership and coordination ability.

Shift Timing: Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays

Uniform & Grooming: Mandatory – neat, clean, and professional appearance

Compensation:

• Junior Steward: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Senior Steward: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Joining Date: Immediate / As per availability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
