Junior / Senior Associate - QSR

Role Overview: You will be responsible for greeting and interacting with customers in a courteous manner while efficiently taking and processing orders. Additionally, you will support the kitchen team in food preparation and packaging, maintain cleanliness in the service area and dining space, and comply with hygiene, food safety, and quality protocols. Handling billing, operating the POS system, restocking supplies, and assisting in inventory management are also part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to address customer queries, resolve minor complaints, and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
