Provide L1/L2 support for SAP MM issues
• Work on PR, PO, GRN, Material Master, Vendor Master
• Assist in Procurement and Inventory Management processes
• Handle ticketing, incident resolution, and documentation
• Support master data creation and changes
• Assist in testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) during enhancements or rollouts
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (PP, SD, FI)
• Support end users in day-to-day operations
• Ensure timely resolution of issues as per SLAs
