Junior Sales Specialist

You are an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Specialist who will be joining our dynamic team in a fast-paced sports retail environment. Your role as a Sales Executive will involve delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating an engaging shopping experience for sports enthusiasts of all levels. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, providing personalized product recommendations based on their needs and interests. You will be expected to demonstrate products, explain their features and benefits, and ensure that customers have the right gear for their requirements. Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals will be crucial, along with supporting promotional campaigns and in-store events. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance by ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the Apparels, Sports, or retail sectors. A strong interest in and knowledge of various sports, sports equipment, and active wear is essential. Your proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, coupled with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to listen to customer needs and provide clear, concise information, will be highly valued. Immediate joiners are preferred, and freshers engaged in any sports can also apply for this position. This is a full-time, permanent role with health insurance benefits offered.
