Junior Sales Executive

Role Summary

The Junior Sales Executive will handle incoming sales inquiries from across India, prepare quotations, respond to customers through email, maintain sales records, and support basic sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inquiry Management

○ Handle incoming inquiries from pan-India customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

○ Maintain an inquiry register and follow up with potential customers.

• Communication & Correspondence

○ Write professional emails and respond to customer queries.

○ Share product catalogs, photos, and quotations with clients.

○ Coordinate with the artisan team for order updates and timelines.

• Quotation & Sales Order Support

○ Prepare quotations based on customer requirements (sizes/designs/custom orders).

○ Send estimates, confirm orders, and coordinate advance payments.

• Record Keeping

○ Maintain sales data, follow-up schedule, order sheets, and customer records.

○ Prepare simple weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Minor Sales Activities

○ Support dispatch planning with logistics partners.

○ Coordinate with packaging and transport.

○ Monitor order execution till delivery.

• Customer Service

○ Provide basic after-sales support.

○ Keep customers informed about order status.

Required Skills

● Good written English for email writing.

● Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel.

● Ability to prepare quotations and maintain sales records.

● Clear communication skills.

● Organised and disciplined in follow-ups.

Qualifications

● Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

● 0–2 years of experience in sales or office work (freshers welcome).

● Experience in handicraft or creative industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
