The role involves door-to-door visits, direct customer interaction, lead generation, and sales follow-up. You will work closely with Senior Sales Executives and ASM, who will support you in lead conversion and deal closure. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned areas (homes, shops, contractors, painters, sites) Promote and explain paint products, schemes, and offers to customers Identify potential customers and collect quality sales leads Maintain proper lead records (name, contact, requirement, location) Follow up with interested customers regularly Coordinate with Senior Sales Executive / ASM for: Product demos Price discussions Final negotiation & closing Support senior team members during site visits and conversions Achieve daily visit targets and lead generation goals Provide market feedback (competitor activity, pricing, demand trends) 🎯 Who Can Apply Freshers or candidates with basic sales exposure Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (preferred but not mandatory) Good communication skills (local language + basic Hindi/English) Willingness to work in field sales & door-to-door marketing Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory) 🤝 Support & Training Provided Product training on paint range & applications On-field guidance by Senior Sales Executive Lead closing support by ASM Regular sales coaching & performance feedback 💰 Compensation & Benefits Fixed monthly salary Attractive incentives on successful conversions TA/DA as per company policy Growth opportunity into Senior Sales Executive / ASM role 🚀 Why Join Us?
