Junior Sales Executive

As a Junior Sales Executive at Mixx Doors, you will play a crucial role in promoting our high-quality interior and exterior doors to both residential and commercial clients. Your passion for sales and dedication to exceptional customer service will be key in driving the success of our growing team in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include proactively engaging with potential customers through outbound calls and emails to generate leads, scheduling sales appointments, and providing on-site product demonstrations to walk-in customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers will be essential, as you understand their needs and recommend suitable door solutions to meet their requirements. Throughout the sales process, you will uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. To excel in this role, you will need to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions, while continuously expanding your knowledge of Mixx Doors" product offerings to effectively advise customers. Additionally, you will provide administrative support by maintaining sales records, customer information, and activity reports, as well as assisting in preparing sales forecasts and performance analysis reports as required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. A high school diploma is required for this position, with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
