JOB DESCRIPTION:- AWS Sales Manager Experience: 3 to 8 Years Location: Janakpuri East, New Delhi About the Role: We’re looking for a high-performing AWS Sales Professional who can drive business growth through AWS cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B technology sales, AWS services, and cloud transformation projects — combining technical understanding with strategic account management. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, collaborating with AWS teams, and achieving revenue targets across enterprise and mid-market clients. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of AWS cloud services and managed solutions to enterprise and SMB clients. - Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for migration, modernization, and DevOps-based cloud projects. - Work closely with AWS Partner Network (APN) teams for joint go-to-market initiatives, funding programs, and co-selling. - Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored AWS-based solutions in collaboration with technical teams. - Manage pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal closures using CRM tools. - Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Procurement). - Coordinate with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure successful project onboarding. - Stay updated on AWS service offerings, pricing models, and market trends to position solutions effectively. - Participate in AWS events, webinars, and partner enablement programs to enhance visibility and partnerships. Requirements: - 3 to 8 years of proven experience in cloud or IT solution sales, preferably with AWS or other hyperscalers (Azure, GCP). - Strong understanding of AWS products and services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFront - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B technology environment. - Ability to articulate technical concepts in business terms to CXO-level executives. - Experience in handling enterprise accounts and managing full sales cycles — from lead generation to closure. - Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and sales reporting. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - AWS Partner ecosystem experience or certifications (preferred). Preferred Skills: - Exposure to DevOps, cloud security, AI/ML, or data engineering services. - Understanding of TCO analysis, cloud pricing, and ROI-driven conversations. - Experience collaborating with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs) or Solution Architects. - Strong network within cloud-native, SaaS, or enterprise IT domains. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI-powered automations across multiple business functions — including sales, marketing, HR, and operations. Your focus will be to leverage AI agent frameworks (CrewAI, LangChain) and workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) to build integrated, intelligent systems that improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed across processes — without needing to code from scratch. Key Responsibilities: - Identify business processes that can be optimized or automated using AI agents and workflow tools. - Design, prototype, and deploy automation workflows using CrewAI, LangChain, Flowise, or similar frameworks. - Integrate and orchestrate APIs across platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n. - Build and connect AI agents for data extraction, email automation, and reporting. - Develop and refine prompts and agent logic for context-driven execution. - Automate data and communication across ChatGPT, HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. - Document workflows and ensure scalability and reliability of automations. - Continuously explore new AI tools and frameworks for innovation.
