As a Sales Associate at M and A Ventures, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads, building client relationships, and closing property deals in coordination with top real estate developers. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through various lead generation methods (cold calling, networking, digital campaigns, etc.).
Actively manage inbound and outbound leads and convert them into site visits and sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate real estate projects.
Conduct property presentations and site visits to clients.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and project launches.
