Job Description

Job Summary:

Junior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them through jewellery collections
Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain product knowledge, including metals, gemstones, purity, and designs
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom or sales area
Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain basic records of customer interactions
Follow up with potential clients on inquiries and orders
Help process sales transactions and assist with inventory checks
Learn and follow standard jewellery sales protocols and customer service practices
Coordinate with backend and stock teams for product availability and delivery
Attend in-store events or exhibitions when required.
