Job Description

Role Overview: You will join Exeliq Tech Solutions Private Limited as a Junior Sales Engineer in Noida, Sector 63. This role will involve understanding the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers. You will assist in lead generation activities, analyze customer requirements, support pricing processes, and ensure accurate information transfer during sales transitions. Additionally, you will support in validating customer orders, take ownership of projects, and provide assistance in billing and collection processes. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and understand the products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers. - Assist in lead generation activities and contribute to achieving sales targets. - Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable solutions in collaboration with the team. - Support the pricing process under the guidance of senior team members. - Ensure accurate transfer of information during the transition from Sales to Operations. - Validate customer orders and ensure alignment with negotiation outcomes. - Take ownership of projects until the order booking stage. - Support the finance team in billing and collection processes. - Accompany experienced sales professionals on customer visits to gain practical insights. - Stay informed about the market and competitors through field research. - Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities. - Document comprehensive information in the CRM system regarding opportunities, tasks, and visits. Customer Relationship Management: - Proactively engage in developing and nurturing customer relationships within the assigned area. - Implement solution-selling methodologies in collaboration with team members. - Identify sales opportunities to expand Exeliq's market presence. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and escalating issues to the Operations team. - Accurately document customer and contact information in the CRM system. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,
