Junior Sales and Technical support Engineer

Required Candidate Profile:

-Solid understanding of mechanical engineering basics (vibrations, rotating machinery, dynamics).

-Knowledge of sensors, calibration, and testing will be advantageous.

-Ability to quickly grasp product applications and deliver customer demos & training.

-Willingness to travel frequently (onsite customer visits, deployments, and training).

-Curious, adaptable, and eager to contribute to both customer-facing and technical documentation activities.

- Independently handle product demos, training sessions, and customer engagements.
- Drive technical sales support responding to enquiries, preparing offers, coordinating with sales teams.- Work closely with R&D for feature validation, product testing, and customer-requested enhancements.- Support sensor calibration and deployments.- Provide inputs for technical documentation and support creation of marketing materials.- Establish and grow long-term customer relationships.- Mentor Graduate Engineer Trainees in the team.

Skills & Attributes

- Prior exposure to customer-facing technical roles (e.g., sales support, product specialist, application engineer).
- Strong communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for customers.- Hands-on mindset with ability to manage testing, troubleshooting, and fieldwork.- Interest in vibration monitoring, condition monitoring, or industrial IoT.- Willingness to travel frequently.
