Greeting from Ashkom ! We are hiring for the role of Junior Safety CMO for the well known MNC FMCG Company , Position based at Kothure Mandal - Hyderabad. JOB DESCRIPTION Designation : Junior Safety CMO Location : (Kothure Mandal) Hyderabad Experience : 2-3 Years Education: Person should have Diploma in Safety & health. Project Duration - 4 Months (It can be extend) Roles and Responsibilities Assisting to front line management to develop safe operating procedures, document for all critical activities during construction. Conducting Toolbox talks, site audits, safety patrolling, walk through and induction training for employees & contractor staff and workers. Conducting training programs for Engineers and workers: - a. Fire Safety Training. b. Use of fall arrester & safety harness. c. Working at heights. d. Quiz programs. Daily site inspection and supervisions of site for identifying unsafe activities, unsafe conditions, behaviour of persons and housekeeping. Attending safety meetings and conducting safety audits with client and complying action points arising out of meeting/Audits. Maintaining the safety related records like accidents, incidents, meetings, work permit, safety audit, survey and all training programs. Conducting safety promotional programs on regular basis to motivate the workers towards safety. Desired Candidate Profile Person should have completed minimum 2 projects in Civil construction management. Person should have skills in managing vendor and construction activities on floor.
