Junior Research Associate

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a junior Research Associate at Metro Composites in Ambattur chennai. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting research, development, and testing of composite materials. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, preparing reports, collaborating with the team, and contributing to innovative solutions in polymer composite development.

Qualifications:

*Research and Development skills

*Material Testing and Analysis skills

*Experience in Polymer Composites or related field

*Knowledge of composite material properties and testing methods

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Engineers (B.E Civil, B.E Mechanical)

* Female candidate preferre.
