Job Title: Junior HR Recruiter Location: thane(e) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with HR internships can apply) salary: freshers: 12k to 15k experienced: based on last drawn. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on job portals, social media, and internal channels Source and screen candidates through resumes, calls, and databases Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Conduct initial HR rounds to assess candidate suitability Support in on boarding and documentation of selected candidates Maintain recruitment reports and candidate pipelines Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of the recruitment process Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Training and mentorship from experienced HR professionals Growth opportunities in the HR domain Friendly and supportive team environment contact: pranil 7304868004 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
