Junior Quantity Surveyor

The Junior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the financial backbone of our projects. Your main goal is to prepare cost estimates, manage bills of quantities (BOQs), and ensure strict budget adherence throughout the construction phase.

The role includes:

• Working closely with project teams to

  monitor cost performance

  and track expenditure.
• Preparing and analyzing costing for project tenders.
• Managing the finances for various construction projects (houses, high-rises, commercial spaces).
• Identifying and analyzing potential

  commercial risks

  and developing effective responses.
• Tracking changes to the design or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing regular

  cost reports

  1 year of experience in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering

• Proficiency in relevant costing software tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices is highly beneficial.
