Implement quality management systems on project site. Implementation of quality systems on sites like SOPs, Sequence of work etc.
Monitor & Test the quality of inward material and identify deviation from quality parameter and ensure documents related to quality inspection & maintain all material document inhouse & 3rd party.
Ensure the site execution work is completed as per applicable quality standards. Identify the non-conformities and take measures to control deviation from quality standards.Cube Casting & testing records.New material sampling on site & TestingAll material test on site & maintain records.
Display Quality instructions/posters on project site and create Quality culture.
Training to labours for major observations
Learning from past mistakes & implement new systems for durable homes
