Junior Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and enforcing procedures and processes across the Noida office staff.
• Work closely with International Liaison Coordinators and project managers to identify, report, and rectify quality issues or inconsistencies.
• Create Non-Conformance reports identifying the issues, proposing solutions, and implementing the corrective and preventive actions in the Noida office.
• Participate actively in the Anatomic Iron Forge Sessions, which are used to present all updates to standards, procedures, and other inter-office matters to all employees globally.
• Maintain records and documentation related to quality checks, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality procedures and reduce errors.
• Communicate quality feedback and findings effectively to team members and management.
• Cooperate with our Management hub in Krakw and other production offices in Manila.
• Report directly to the International Liaison Coordinator.
• Update internal procedures and client standards whenever requested.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in quality control within a structured company environment with well-defined procedures.

  a fresh graduate with a degree in quality control, process, and/or project management, engineering, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a high standard of work ethic.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high quality and accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures, documentation, and internal processes carefully.

Additional / Preferred (Assets)

• Past experience in steel detailing, structural steel, fabrication, or a similar industry.
• Familiarity with industry-standard detailing software especially Tekla Structures.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (detailers, fabricators, project managers) from different parts of the world.
