Junior Quality Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist in ensuring that products meet established quality standards through inspections, testing, and documentation. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining product quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Report any defects, deviations, or non-conformities to the Quality Control Supervisor.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection records and documentation.
• Support quality audits and internal process reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations.
• Work collaboratively with production staff to maintain product consistency and quality.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest changes to enhance quality processes.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and test instruments are maintained and calibrated.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in Quality Control, Engineering, or a technical field is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control role (internships or apprenticeships acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of quality control standards and processes
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good observation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
